Holiday gifts are so hard to give. You can be basic and go with a mug or something (which I love don’t get me wrong) but I personally like to give more meaningful gifts. 6. A painted portrait of their pet
I did this for my roommates in college + they loved it so much!! I just reached out to one of my artsy friends and sent her pictures of each of their pets, I bought her the canvas’ and paid her for her work. Idk how I can ever top that present.

7. Tickets to an event/experience
I love getting Taylor Swift concert tickets for Christmas + birthdays. Last year, I got Jacob + I tickets to the aquarium to swim with beluga whales. It was so much fun!! + such a unique experience.

8. Canvas prints of special photos
For my mom’s birthday a few weeks ago, we got her a canvas print from my wedding for her. She loved it. Canvas prints are so nice and pricey and make the perfect sentimental gift. We also wrote little notes to her on the backside of the canvas for added sentimental value.

9. The Revlon Hair Styler
The only hair styler you truly need. Like here are so many ways to style your hair with this one tool. It is so easy to use and dries your hair insanely quick. + this is coming from a gal with thicc hair + used to have very long hair!

Hey hey friends!!! Happy Nordstrom public access day!!!! In case you have been under a rock the past week.. the Nordstrom anniversary sale is going on right now. It’s a big sale they have every year where they release new fall clothing before the season at a discounted price. It’s nice because they are all designer pieces at a discount… but everything is still pricey.

You do not need to buy things from the sale to have good style. just so ya know.

I’m sharing the products I already own below. These are all great quality pieces that I love and will last me a long time. These are staples in my podcast and I am glad I have these solid quality items to use as a base for all my fall and winter outfits.
