BBQ Chicken + veggies


Ingredients:
-chicken breasts
-salt
-pepper
-21 seasoning solute
-bbq sauce of choice
-olive oil
-sweet potatoes
-brussel sprouts

1. Preheat oven to 350 
2. Chop your veggies + add to pan with olive oil and above seasonings
3. add two chicken breasts, sprinkle with seasonings and pour bbq sauce on chicken
4. bake for 30 minutes
5. enjoy





Salmon + veggies


Ingredients:
-garlic powder
-butter
-lemon
-white wine
-salmon
-salt 
-pepper

1. The key to salmon is to slowly cook it on medium heat. I season mine, put some butter on the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes then flip and repeat.
2. Sauce: mix melted butter, white wine and lemon
3. Veggies are the same as above


Spaghetti Squash




Ingredients:
-spaghetti squash
-ground beef
-your choice marinara
-cheese of choice
1. Cut squash in half, season with salt and pepper
2. Bake on a pan with center on the pan at 400 for 45 minutes
3. cook beef and add marinara 
4. Use a fork to scrape out squash
5. top with sauce and cheeses of choice
