I’ve always loved working out but I used to work

I’ve always loved working out but I used to workout for the wrong reasons. I wanted to “look good”. Sometime this summer my mindset changed when for once I was happy with where I was at. I realized I had a body that can workout, eat healthy but also enjoy all the margs and queso. And I loved that.

Ever since that mindset shift happened, I’ve fallen more in love with working out and it has become my ~therapy~. No I’m not “that” girl or a fitness influencer (nor do I ever wish to be), I just love pushing myself, feeling good and eating what I want. (And I happened to loose a few LBs along the way 🤪)

Lol I never write long posts or ~emotional~ things but ya girl just got off the bike @onepeloton and I’m very grateful for the ability to move and better myself.

Hi friends. Popping in to share a little bit. God has been moving so evidently in my life these past few days. He’s answering prayers I’ve been praying for months. It’s so overwhelming to sit in His presence and see all He is doing. Life is still so overwhelming and I don’t know what I’m doing but seeing His hand in it all gives me so much peace. There is so much power in prayer and I definitely forget that a lot. I am so grateful for his steadfastness and grace and guidance.
