June Favorites

Well this month absolutely flew by.
One second it was the beginning of summer and next, summer is halfway over 🙁
Of course this month I tried some new products that I’m loving & I just have to share!

1. The Pink Drink
basic? yes. delicious? yes.
Fun fact: turns out its actually called a strawberry acai refresher

2. Garnier Micellular water
I just tried it recently & I think it’s changing my life.
Omg it’s so good and so easy.
It effortlessly takes my makeup off without any harsh rubbing.
Try it.

3. White walls.
always a fav.
make the best backgrounds.

4. Smashbox photo finish primer water.
I use this everyday to prime and set my makeup.
It gives a perfectly naturally dewy, glowy summer look.

5. Holy Jeans. **praise hands** (lolz)
I am addicted to these jeans. from Dress Up of course.
I want to wear them all the time.
They’re perfect.. the fit.. style..everything.

Until Next time.

Productivity 101

I am one for productivity. I love making to do lists & feeling so accomplished when I check off that very last thing. As we all know, it’s super hard to stay productive in the summer. I don’t know about ya’ll but I just want to nap everyday.

However, as much as I want to just sleep I can’t. So I have some methods as to how to get some things done during the summer.

1. Make a to do lists.
Trust me. It’s a life saver. You can write down everything you need to do to make sure you don’t forget it. Every night I make a list of what I need to get done the next day to keep myself accountable.

2. Sleep.
Not during the day!!!! Sleep at night. Get a good nights rest. Don’t stay up late playing on tumblr or online shopping. You’ll regret it in the morning.

3. Drink water.
I always feel so much better when I drink lots of water. It makes me feel like I can conquer the world!

4. PLAN.
My planner is my life. I can always be found with it. Anything and everything I need to do or important dates are all in there. Get a good planner and use it year round. Planners are not just for the school year.

5. Tidy up.
Make the bed.
 Pick up the clothes.
& get rid of the water bottles. (if ya know ya know)
It’s hard to get things done when your life is in shambles. So clean up a bit and I promise it will help.

Hope this makes your summer be a bit more productive!

E.

June 20th- June 26th

This was a good week.
It was relaxing and busy at the same time.

1. Friday was my little brother’s 19th birthday. YAY. We went to Clemson for dinner and had Smoking Pig. Smoking Pig is honestly the best BBQ, like ever. If you’re ever in the Clemson area, definitely check it out. It’ll change your life.

2. I had leftover Smoking Pig for lunch Saturday, praise.
Does that count?

3. I got these super cute shoes from Dress Up

4. This weekend I got to work the Forward Conference with Dress Up. We had like a mini store and boy did we sell clothes. OMG. It was so crazy how fast everything was selling. It was so fun, I love being an It Girl. Saturday we also got to sit in on the morning service. Woah. It was awesome. Jesus was moving. The speakers were incredible. The worship was crazy good. It kind of made me upset that I never went to Forward before…maybe next year!

5. Pretty Little Liars started again this week. Of course, I’ve been hooked since I was a high school freshman. I just cannot stop watching. It’s addictive. Once you start something, you just have to know how it ends and I don’t think it’s going to be ending soon. I love the characters and the writers definitely know how to keep someone hooked.

XOXO,
E.
