5 Productivity Tips I Swear By

I love being productive. I really thrive off of it. I like to stay busy and be accomplishing tasks. I think I’m pretty good at being productive and can handle a good amount of things on my plate. I do take on more than I can handle. But I love a long list of to dos and crossing them off my list. I’m going to share with you my best tips for staying productive and things that really help me.

  1. Planner: My planner is my survival guide. I put every detail of my life in it. I’m not a google calendar gal. Writing it down works best for me and helps me remember tasks. I use the Day Designer from Target. The daily/monthly edition. This gives me a full page for everyday, so lots of room to write all the things down and strategically plan my day. I just picked up my 2021 calendar and to say I am pumped is an understatement.
  2. Reminders: The reminders app on my phone is a lifesaver. It’s automatically downloaded to your iPhone. I put all my tasks in here that I think I could forget. especially when getting ready to go somewhere. Since I do take a lot on, I need to constantly be reminded of all the things. I have reminders to take my medicine every morning, to keep vlogging throughout the day. (Ps. here’s my channel to stay up to date on my vlogs) , to catch up with you all on my stories… seriously everything. I don’t want to be so caught up in the big tasks that I forget smaller more daily tasks.
  3. To do list: Everyday on my page in my planner I make a to do list. Crossing tasks off of my list is the most satisfying feeling. I try to put as many tasks as I can think of and the ones that don’t happen automatically get added to the next day.
  4. Wake up early: When I wake up early, I am always much more productive. I take the time in the morning to have some Jesus time, leisurely drink my tea and feel confident about the day. The days I oversleep are always wasted days because I feel like I can never catch up. The extra 30 minutes to an hour is game changing.
  5. Eat healthy: Eating nutritious meals and whole meals makes me feel so good about myself and well fueled to conquer my day. I love fruits and vegetables and they keep me feeling fresh and productive.

What tips do you have for productivity?

E.
